This course includes the development of basic movement skills through instruction in a variety of physical activities such as team and individual sports, gymnastics, self-testing, conditioning, rhythmics, aquatics and dance. |

This course provides a continuum of learning experiences which focus on the basic rules and strategies of various lifetime sports and recreational skills which will encourage continued participation into adulthood.to build confidence, rhythmic breathing and arm/leg movement. |
| Swimming 1 |
This course is designed for students who cannot float or swim. Skills are taught at a slower pace to build confidence, rhythmic breathing and arm/leg movement. |
