Curriculum


Spanish 1

 Introduces students to the sounds and writing system of Spanish. Basic concepts of grammar, structure, content, and culture are introduced in standards-based lessons through listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Spanish II
 This course builds upon Spanish 1, students continue to expand upon grammar, vocabulary, oral interaction, reading comprehension, writing and appreciation of target cultures.
Spanish III
 This course is a continuation of development of language proficiency in the areas of speaking, listening, reading and writing. Cultural appreciation is increased through study of literature, art and other aspects of target cultures.
